Your order will be dispatched the same day if you place it before 3 pm (AMS Time) within The Netherlands and EU countries, and before 5 pm (HKG Time) for Hong Kong and the rest of the world. Other orders will be dispatched the next day.

You may return your Gisser Jewel item(s) for free within 30 days after receiving or picking up the package. Make sure you have your order number and postcode available. Returns are only refunded when the item is unworn, undamaged and in its original package.

You will be refunded within 14 days after we have received your return request.

On all Gisser Jewels jewellery items, you will receive a warranty of 12 months.

If anything happens to your purchase within the first year after your purchase, we will take care of it by repairing or exchanging your
jewellery.

Please note that damages due to normal wear are not part of the warranty, which include scratches, discolouration (after 3 months of purchase), broken chains etc.
